Syed Hasnain Ibrahim Kazmi

Mr. Kazmi is the founding partner of KAZMIZ and has rich experience of more than 15 years in the legal field. He is an Advocate of Supreme Court of Pakistan and has been an active member of Supreme Court Bar Association. During 2004 to 2008, he held the office of Assistant Advocate General of Punjab.
Mr. Kazmi specializes in International & Commercial law. Over a period of time Mr. Kazmi has provided his professional services to various corporate clients including Oil & Gas, Information Technology, Media, Construction projects, Telecom sector, Financial Institutions, Hotel Industry and Power Generation clients. His expertise includes legal due-diligence, corporate opinions, construction of legal documents, Mediation, Arbitration, litigation, mergers & acquisitions, amalgamations, winding ups and corporate/white collar crimes.

Hafiz Naeem
Associate Partner
Mr. Hafiz Naeem received LLB from Cairo University, Egypt with high honors. He received his LLM in International Business Law from University of Virginia, USA, where he held the prestigious position as member of Submissions Review Board of Virginia Journal of International Law.
Mr. Naeem has vast background in corporate legal matters. He has worked on various complex projects ranging from M&As to EPC Contracts.
He has worked for leading companies in the field of Oil & Gas, Telecom, Energy, Banking, and Construction. During his professional life, he has also worked with senior lawyers of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and helped them successfully argue many important corporate, constitutional and political cases, for instance, the famous case of 18th Amendment and Riko Diq.
He has also keen interest in Arbitration, Banking, and International Business & Trade Law.

M. Akram Shaheen
Senior Associate
Mr. Muhammad Akram Shaheen joined KAZMIZ in 2004 and since then has been working in the litigation department. He has deep knowledge of litigation, banking laws, labour laws, and criminal laws. He has been involved in wide range of cases and drafted plaints, applications and successfully argued them.
He is a member of Lahore Bar Association, Lahore High Court Bar Association, Islamabad High Court Bar Association, and Punjab Bar Council.

Raja M. Basharat Khan
Associate
Mr. Basharat earned his LL.B from Punjab University, Lahore. He has been working with KAZMIZ since 2008. He appears before District Courts, Banking Court, Labor Court and High Court. He is a member of Lahore High Court Bar Association, Islamabad High Court Bar Association, and Lahore Bar Association. He mostly deals with labor issues, HR issues and banking litigation.
Rohan Moin
Associate
Mr. Rohan graduated in 2010 from University of London (External Program) with LL.B Honors. He joined KAZMIZ in 2011 and has been working on several important corporate and civil cases. He has a keen interest in Telecom Industry, Banking, Arbitration and Business Law.
He is an active member of Punjab bar Council and Islamabad bar Council.
