IT & Telecommunication

We have ample experience of forming / establishing IT companies and organizations. We continue advising and acting for our existing clients on a regular basis. We have been working as Legal Advisers to ESP Global IT Systems (formerly ABN AMRO Global IT Systems) and for Euro Software Parks N.V. (A Public Limited Company of Netherlands). We also act as the Legal Advisors to the Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd. (PTCL), Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) along with various other companies and organizations. We look after their litigation and advise them on various legal issues.

We possess extensive experience in drafting contracts, negotiations and implementation advice on various projects. We have focused experience of project-oriented legal practice, assisting clients in undertaking projects from the solicitation/bidding stage till the very close-out. We take care of every/all legal issues arising out of a project from its inception to its completion either from Project-owners’ side or the Contractors’ side. This also includes advice on all ongoing contractual implementation issues.
